Mental Health Resources at GVA Northglenn

At Global Village Academy, we have two mental health staff to support our school community. The mental health staff work to promote social/emotional wellness as well as advocate for and serve our students and families.

Services offered include:

  • Evaluation and assessment
  • Services for student supported with Individual Education Plans (IEP)
  • Services for 504 Accommodation Plans
  • Suicide prevention
  • Suicide Risk Assessment
  • Threat Assessments
  • Acute counseling services
  • Crisis intervention
  • Resource development and connections
  • Social Emotional Learning (SEL)
  • Educational classes for students and families

*Please note that services offered are focused on student’s academic success, and we do not provide long-term therapeutic services or provide mental health diagnosis.
