August 19th
  • 8:00-12:00 pm (last names beginning with A-D)
  • 12:00pm-3:00pm (last names beginning with E-I)
August 20th
  • 8:00-12:00 pm (last names beginning with J-N)
  • 12:00-3:00 pm (last names beginning with O-S)
August 21st
  • 8:00-12:00 pm (last names beginning with T-W)
  • 12:00-3:00 pm (last names beginning with X-Z)
Electronic Device
  • If students are in need of a school laptop, parents must fill out the Device Check-Out Form to request one. 
  • Requests received before August 18, 2020, will have priority. 
  • If approved, laptops will be placed in the student’s backpack for pickup on their designated day (Aug 19-21). Computer availability may be limited due to supply. 
School Supplies
  • Students will need the individual school supplies listed on the website for their grade.
  • Please purchase these items before the start of school to keep at home. Families that qualify for free or reduced lunch can fill out a request for supplies here.

Immunizations Records
  • Download 2020-21 Immunization Parent Letter from the CDPHE
  • Immunization records are a required document we must have on file at the school.
  • Students must be up to date on all shots or a waiver signed if you have chosen not to vaccinate your student.
  • Students will not be able to come to school until we receive the immunization records or wavier starting in the new school year.
  • We will contact all families that are not up to date on their immunizations.
  • Current 5th-grade students that will be in 6th grade the following year need to get the TDAP shot over summer break and we need the updated record
